More Than a Charity — A Mission From the Heart

Giving Gratitude is not just another charity asking for donations.
It is a movement born from compassion, courage, and a deep desire to protect the dignity of children.

Founded by Savion, a high school student with an extraordinary heart, Giving Gratitude exists for one simple but powerful reason: no child should feel ashamed or less than because of what they wear to school.

Savion saw firsthand how children can be judged, teased, or excluded because of their clothing. Instead of accepting this as “just how kids are,” he chose to respond with empathy and action.

Why We Exist

Clothing impacts how a child feels, learns, and shows up each day. No child should feel ashamed or excluded because of what they wear. Giving Gratitude provides one complete outfit per child, helping students walk into school with confidence, dignity, and hope.

A Mission Driven by Compassion

Savion has used his own savings, collected gently used clothing, and committed his time to making this charity possible. With the support of New Destiny Worship Center and the Step Up To Leadership organization, Giving Gratitude is built on community, faith, and gratitude.
